Pros and Press Overview
Dlux Expo welcomes professionals from across the full spectrum of the pop culture industries, Hollywood, Martial Arts Shows, Magazines, News Papers etc. We are happy to provide a Professional Badge to artists, buyers, creators, editors, educators, librarians, licensors, producers, publishers, retailers and writers. Professional Badges are good for entry into the DLux Expo - Professional - Only Hours as well as all free events held at Dlux Expo all weekend long.
Please note: Professional Badges do not guarantee seating and do not include admission into any ticketed Special Events. Special Events tickets must be purchased separately.
Professional Registration for Dlux Expo 2014 will be available in the from now until one month prior to the event. We are only allowing a limited amount of press passes so do not wait till the last minute.
All Press/Media Registrations are subject to approval. You will be notified within 14 days of submitting your registration if you have been approved for a Press Badge. If your registration is NOT approved, you will be notified and asked to submit additional credentials. If you have been approved, bring your registration confirmation along with a form of ID to the event and pick up your badge onsite in the Press Office. A press pass includes full conference access Friday-Sunday during regular expo hours.
Criteria for a Press Pass
Please provide one of the following:
- Masthead from a current issue of a publication listing you as an editorial contributor
- An article published within the past three months with your byline
- A letter or email from an editor, news director or assignment editor saying that you have been assigned to represent the organization in an editorial capacity at the D-Lux Expo
- Business card from your media outlet that includes your name and your editorial role
Bloggers requesting media registration must run or write for an established, independent site that is regularly updated with original with current news-related content. YouTube sites, Twitter pages, personal blogs, and forums will not be considered for media registration.
